This two hour sightseeing tour will provide you with the opportunity to view and learn about the Capital Region and its historic landmarks. Your adventure will take place on Confederation Boulevard which is known as the Capital's ceremonial and discovery route. Tour highlights include Parliament Hill, the Supreme Court of Canada, Bank of Canada, Canadian War Museum, Museum of Civilization, Jacques Cartier Park, Rideau Hall (Governor General's Residence), Prime Minister's Residence, Royal Canadian Mint, Embassies, Rockliffe Park, National Gallery of Canada, Notre-Dame Basilica,  ByWard Market, Rideau Falls, and much more. This tour is perfect for those with a busy schedule. 

TRADITIONAL CAPITAL REGION TOUR (2.5 HOURS)

The Traditional Capital Region Tour is suggested for those who have a little more time to spare. This tour will also take place on Confederation Boulevard and provides you with the opportunity to stop at designated landmarks for photos.

ALL-IN-ONE CAPITAL REGION TOUR (3 HOURS)

The ALL-IN-ONE CAPITAL REGION TOUR is a combination of the Discovering Canada's Capital Region Tour and the Traditional Capital Region Tour. In addition you will be treated to supplementary sights and attractions which include the RCMP Stables, the Canadian Aviation Museum, the Experimental Farm, Dow's Lake and a scenic drive along the Rideau Canal.   

Walking Tours 

OTTAWA’S HISTORIC WALKING TOUR ( 1.5 HOURS)

This guided walking tour will help you discover the history of the Ottawa downtown core. This tour will start with a walk down the Sparks Street Mall and recount its history and the murder of the former Member of Parliament & Cabinet Minister, M. Darcy McGee. The tour passes the Parliament Hill, Confederation Buildings, Bank of Canada, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Fairmount Chateau Laurier Hotel, Ottawa’s former train station, Valiant Memorial, Langevin building and the National War Memorial where the tour ends.

PARLIAMENT HILL WALKING TOURS ( 1.5 HOURS)

Home of the Federal Government, Parliament Hill is a must see when in Ottawa. This walking tour will take your group on the grounds of Parliament Hill. Our knowledgeable guide will point out the statues of former Prime Ministers and recount some of their anecdotes as the group explores the grounds of Parliament Hill.

RIDEAU CANAL UNESCO SITE/ BYTOWN MUSEUM ( 2 HOURS)

The tour starts at the corner of Elgin and Sparks street and takes you down to the Ottawa Locks passing by the Parliament Hill and the famous Chateau Laurier Hotel. Once there the group will see how the locks lift and lower boats some 92 feet between the level of the Ottawa River and the Rideau Canal. We then take the group inside the Bytown Museum, where there will be a guided tour of Lt.-Colonel By’s personal and military artifacts and information about the construction of the Rideau Canal; visitors will also have the chance to see artifacts used by residents of Bytown, Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley (1826-present): related to agriculture, kitchen, toys, costumes, church, school and hospital-related artifacts; government artifacts; large picture collection; archives and the research library.
